  • Annual review meetings to assess what skills we may be able to ‘keep an eye out for’ in the following 12 months to help you fill anticipated skills gaps
  • Participation in executive conferences to select the right candidate at the end of a recruitment process
  • Regular honest feedback on progress and significant setbacks
  • Weekend interviews for candidates so that they do not have to take valuable holiday time to attend nor do they have to make lame excuses to their current company
