Registering With Us

A constant complaint from many candidates is that they have to spend a great deal of time (in some cases up to an hour!) completing registration forms as well as submitting their CV. Frequently this leads to nothing as the candidate merely receives an anonymous email saying that the recruiter will be in touch. All too often that just doesn't happen.

With us the reverse is true - we don't expect much information until an opportunity comes along for us to work together. The simple truth is that we cannot work with everyone and we would prefer to be up-front about it to save everybody time. We don't see the point in you worrying about lots of details before they are actually relevant. As well as your CV in MS Word format we will need a few essential details in order to contact you later should a suitable vacancy come onto our books. That includes current essential facts like remuneration package and future preferred direction.

And that's all there is to our process. When we review our registered candidates we will be filtering out unsuitable people with the basic information we have on them. We will then contact the potentially suitable candidates to get a fuller picture of them and to discuss the vacancy in more detail.
